Summer Sandals and Pedicures

Fashionistas, spring and summer are around the corner; thus, it is the season for nice sandals and flats! One important factor especially around spring and summer are well-tended feet! There is nothing worse than non-manicured feet in open toed sandals. 

You should care about your feet as you care, e.g.,  about your hair. Even if we can't see them all winter long, our feet will be "on display" all summer long. 

Moreover, it is easy if you maintain your mani and pedi on a regular basis: file and paint your nails and nourish them with nice feet butter after the polish is dry. Done! I try to change the colour once a week, so my feet are always ready to slip into nice peep-toes.  ;-)

Fashionistas, der Frühling und der Sommer sind in den Startlöchern! Und mit Ihnen kommt auch die Zeit für schöne Sandalen und offene Schuhe! Eine wichtige Sache, besonders in den Sommermonaten: zurechtgemachte Füsse! Es gibt nichts Schlimmeres als ungepflegt Füsse und Nägel. 

Wir sollten unsere Füsse genauso pflegen wie wir beispielsweise unsere Haare pflegen. Auch wenn wir die Füsslein den ganzen Winter lang in dicken Socken und Stiefeln versteckt haben, Sie tragen uns durch unser Leben und sollten gepflegt werden. 

Es ist super simpel wenn man es regelmässig tut: Feilen und Lackieren und sobald der Lack trocken ist mit einer nährenden Fussbutter eincremen. Fertig! 

Ich versuche meine Fussnägel jede Woche neu zu lackieren, so sind meine Füsse immer bereit in schöne Peeptoes zu schlüpfen :-) Die angesagten Pastelltöne in rot/orange aber auch die in grün/blau haben es mir angetan. Bilder von Farbideen für die Nägel und heissen Sommerschuhen gibt’s nachstehend.
