Teas to Get Hooked On

By Catherine Santino

Tea is a beverage with so much variety. It can be served hot or iced, be fruity or spicy, perk you up or mellow you out. And there are so many health benefits, mainly the high levels of antioxidants packed in each serving. There is basically a tea out there for however you may be feeling or whatever you feel like your body may need. Here are a few teas that are both delicious and beneficial in improving your overall wellness.

This tea is an incredibly delicious white tea that is a perfect blend of berries and refreshing orange flavors. It is perfect for summer and great for making iced tea!

2. Twinings French Vanilla Chai Tea

The flavors in this tea are sweet, spicy, and decadent. It tastes even more incredible with a hint of milk and sugar, or paired with your favorite dessert.

This tea is a go-to for singers, but it is beneficial for throat health no matter what your profession. It is also incredibly healing if you have any throat pain due to sickness or allergies, and tastes like licorice.

2. Yogi Soothing Caramel Bedtime Tea

This caramel tea is equal parts delicious and relaxing. The flavors and aroma of this tea are very soothing, which make it perfect to have right before bed, as well as for general stress relief.

3. Yogi Detox Tea

If you’re feeling a bit sluggish or bloated, this tea can help regulate your system and boost your energy levels. It has a nutmeg-like flavor, and is mild enough to drink every day for up to 30 days.

As you can see, today there are teas for virtually everything. Let your taste buds and your needs guide you when picking out the right teas for you. Until next time, signing-off from New York City. Xoxo.
