I have been reading The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho and it has taken some time to get through only half of the book. I tend to pick up a book, absolutely fall in love with it, read it for couple of hours for the first two days, and then just toss it in the corner because of work and other distraction. I eventually return to it, but it takes too long: there are too many important concepts out there and discovering them sooner rather than later could considerably alter my life.
For this outfit of the day post, I believe I was unconsciously (or even consciously) reenacting the role of the main character Santiago, a shepherd boy who lives in Andalusia, Spain. I love the gravel road and how we didn't really know where it lead (it turns out it was part of a really large farm that later served as a background for another shoot). For me, beauty of life is really in exploration; each time you may discover something beautiful that can change you forever.
Oh, yes, and before I forget about the outfit: my favorite combination for fall/winter is always denim with chunky sweaters. This sweater is one of my favorites because it looks like an Indian print, goes perfectly with almost anything, keeps me warm, and is comfortable!
