As I am a professional model, I have the chance to see some tricks that stylist have developed over the years. For this particular shoot, a hairstylist did not use only hot rollers or only a curling iron; rather, she used a curling iron and a blow drier.
My hairstylist had already used hot rollers on my hair; to add some volume, she curled my hair into the curling iron like I normally do and then took a blow dryer, put it on high and then went back and forth over the length of the curling iron barrel for about 15 seconds. Below is my completed look; I loved the volume of my curls!
