Today I had an amazingly delicious oriental lunch in one of
the best oriental food restaurants in Madrid: Tao. While dining in Tao I
recommend these two healthy plates:
Appetizer: Vegetable Dim Sum
Hands down my favorite appetizer in Tao is Vegetable Dim Sum!
It consists of vegetable dumplings (known to be much healthier than the similar
meat filled kind).
Main Dish: Thai Chicken Curry with Coconut Milk &
Vegetables
Tao makes delicious Thai Chicken Curry with brown or long
grain rice. This main dish contains protein, greens, and healthy fats.
Desert: Green Tea Ice Cream
My favorite flavor of ice cream is Green Tea. With many
antioxidants and low calories (less than 250 per cup), it is my go-to indulgence.
