I was recently buying some hydrating creams in a pharmacy,
when I came upon powdered collagen. After speaking to a medical student for
some time about the benefits of drinking collagen, I decided to give it a try
and to see if it will have an impact on my skin. It has been my second week
drinking this powder, and although I have not been really consistant (skipping
days), I can already see benefits. My skin appears plumper and more radiant. I
would definitely recommend collagen in a liquid form as well, but if you want
the extra boost, I advise to add the collagen powder to your beauty regime as well.
Note* make sure you apply the liquid collagen cream over the face moisturizer
as it can have a drying effect on your skin. The powdered collagen should be
consumed with juice between or during the meals. If you are a user of liquid
