I have been quite fond of geometric prints lately; they can be paired up with simple designs/prints for an amazing effect. I must confess that I am a big believer in buying only items that can be easily incorporated into my existing wardrobe. Recycling clothes and making them look fresh and new again is not only ecologically sound, but helps me make the most out of my wardrobe (and budget).

My recent purchase involved a geometric skirt that I combined in two ways:
1. I paired my skirt with sneakers (one of my favorite trends for this summer) I had saved over from last year. I added a simple white sweater and black "Audrey" sunglasses.
2. For a day of sightseeing, I wore the skirt with a pair of wedges and a geometric shirt with a long train. I added a splash of color with a bright yellow purse and hippie mirrored sunglasses.
Wishing you an amazing day!
