Jennifer Aniston Fitness Routine

I believe this beauty deserves a major praise for her amazing physicque. Jennifer Aniston seems to have a well-balanced exercise regime that includes both running and yoga. 






"My ultimate stress reliever is exercise! And meditation. I do that for 20 minutes every day" says Jennifer Aniston. Jennifer has been doing yoga for over 20 years, saying the meditative practice tones her body and calms her mind. "If yoga didn't exist, I'd invent it," she said. Jennifer makes sure to work out at least five to six days a week, combining cardio exercise, spinning, running, strength-training and the elliptical trainer.  

"The food I love so much that if I dropped it on the floor, I'd eat it anyway is a nacho," says Jennifer. "I fry the chips myself. Just take a tortilla, cut it into triangles, and throw 'em in coconut oil."

Personally, I am still in the process of getting into a yoga as I am more of a “running long distances” type of a girl. However, after completing the video below, my stomach muscles were on fire! Fashionistas, I would suggest to do a warm up and run (or do jump rope) before attempting this video. Your body will likely burn more calories, and you will feel a bigger effect of your core workout afterwards.
