As all the flights have been canceled to Chicago and NYC, I am stuck in Aspen for four more days of vacation. Yes, it is a little unexpected (and little phenomenal :) ) as usually these flight delays don't last this long, but I suppose if I had to be stuck somewhere it would surly be Aspen. So, I will cease the day and go skiing today.
It is quite cold here (-15 C), and hats are really not optional. I took advantage of the post-Christmas sales and went shopping in Aspen. One of my favorite stores (Free People) had a major sale and I grabbed this neon hat and some amazing dresses. I usually shop sales and buy things in advance, so I will buy now winter clothes for next year.
I am off to the slopes and would like to wish you an amazing week (and SAFE travels, in case you are stuck somewhere like me).
