While I was in Costa Rica, I spotted breathtaking tropical flowers that I had never seen before. The colors were abundant, spanning from deep red to baby blue, and the variety of the different kinds of tropical flowers was endless. I learned that tropical flowers require a lot of rainfall, and Costa Rica (especially during its wet season) had a lot of rainfall.
In fact, there are many tropical gardens in the West that feature these kinds of flowers; I had the privilege of seeing them grow in their natural habitat. Here are some tropical flowers that I spotted while vacationing in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Take a look below, which one is your favorite?
