Healing With Nature:
"I go to nature to be soothed and healed, and to have my senses put in order."-J. Bourroughs
The concrete jungle, bustling crowds, and the roaring engines make New York City, at times, a tad bit overwhelming. There is quite nothing like nature to rest your eyes and your soul, and where better to do this than in Central Park. I go there as often as I can to take a break and refuel my batteries from the bustle and hustle of the busty streets of New York. Travel tip: go to the Jackie Kenned Onassis reservoir, there is a beautiful promenade surrounding the miniature-like lake.
Even if you do not live in New York City, be sure to rest your eyes on a scenic site that mother nature has created, e.g., a park or a forrest trail surrounded by streams of water. There is no better therapy than mother nature!

Outfit Inspiration:
Although I am a huge fan of the classic look, i.e., Audrey Hepburn's look in Breakfast at Tiffany's and Blair Walrdorf's, a.k.a. Queen B, in Gossip Girl, every once in a while I throughly enjoy switching-up my look to boho chic. The boho chic look is more in tune with mother nature, laid back and communicates "I am a free spirit" to the outside world. On a full guide on how to get the boho chic look, click here.
