One of my favorite old Hollywood stars (and all time American icons) is Marilyn Monroe. She was a gorgeous woman and a brilliant actress, as demonstrated by the Golden Globe nomination for Bus Stop; BAFTA nomination for The Prince and the Showgirl and David D. Donatello award for Prince and the Showgirl; and a Golden Globe award for Some Like It Hot. Moreover, I included the quote above as an inspiration for fellow fashionistas.
