Well-Being:
Many people ask me about my hair care regime and tips on how to get their hair in its best shape. I think that hair, just like skin, reflects our overall state of well-being. You must ensure to:
1. receive adequate nutrition;
2. get plenty of sleep;
3. drink enough water, and
4. reduce stress.

Taking care of your mental and physical well-being shows on your hair.
Hair Products:
Hair products can also help enhance the beauty of our hair even when we neglect some of the other health regiments. Below are my top picks for hair products, and why I believe for them to be the best in their category. Also, I am including some of my different hairstyles and colors I have had over the years just for fun! =)

Aveda Pure Abundance Volumizing Hair Spray
I tried this product in a hair saloon once and instantly fell in love. This product gives you a volume without making your hair stiff, sticky, or looking over processed. It simply makes your hair look healthier and more voluminous, and it is PERFECT for when you want to blow dry your hair and don’t want for it to look flat.
Lush Marilyn Hair Mask
I have tried numerous hair masks over the years and this one tops my list as one of the best hair masks. One of the most amazing things about Lush is that their products are 100% natural. Marilyn is no exception and that is why it is perfect to leave on for longer periods of time. My tip is to actually leave this mask on overnight to work its magic. I usually just apply the mask, then wrap my hair in a shower cap and go to sleep. I wash the mask out the next morning and shampoo and condition it as usual. Please note that this mask is not for girls that have VERY dark hair. Instead, Lush Marilyn Hair Mask can be used by people with light brown and blond hair.
Ingredients: Softening linseed gel, chamomile for lightness and to calm your scalp, saffron for golden color, lemon for shine, and olive oil to moisturize your hair and keep it soft. Chamomile contains a natural, weak dye that gradually lightens the hair and brings out natural blonde tones with regular use, making hair look more vibrant.
Dry Shampoo Oscar Blandi
With my busy schedules there are days when I have to skip a wash in the morning but do not want to suffer the consequences of flat hair. I rely heavily on the dry shampoo in a travel size that I carry with me in a purse or cosmetics bag. When using this product, my tip is to first squeeze small out on hands, rub your palms together, and THEN apply the powder ALL over your roots. Please note that blending this powder in your roots is essential.

Dear INA:
I sleep between 7-8 hours a day and drink as much fluids as I can. I drink mainly tea as I am not a huge fan of water. I also try to avoid caffeine, salt and sugar; I don't own any sugar in my home and I have coffee (1 cup) 2-3 times per week.
Amazing. It is hard to find posts as such. Keep writing.
